Accentuating the caveat emptor perspective with critical commentary on financial disclosure. I adopt a skeptical persona and look for chinks in the teflon coating of financial disclosure. My job is to identify financial warts. Perhaps a Black Swan. Disclosure: I do not hold positions in stocks mentioned for three trading days before or after blog post.

Black Box Mystery
Black Box (Nasdaq:BBOX) issued a 14 page press release which rambles on for six pages before the company mentions what line of business they are in. They claim to be "The world's largest technical services company dedicated to designing, building and maintaining today's complicated data and voice infrastructure systems." no independent verification offered. This appears to be the handiwork of technical types who are so close to the project they do not have perspective on the issues.
