Asensio challenges KFx pictures (Amex:KFX)
KFx Inc (Amex: KFX) has incurred the wrath of Asensio, a highly regarded and usually laser accurate short seller. Asensio has taken offense to several pictures on a KFx web based slide show, claiming that the pictures are an inaccurate portrayal. I’ll let you check out www.asensio.com and www.kfx.com and come to your own conclusions. Investors need to be careful not only with the verbiage but also the graphical and pictorial impressions companies choose to make. Can pictures be filed with the SEC under disclosure regulations?
